New L.A. Crew

Third Echelon Investigations (Fugitive Recovery Unit) has a new crew again. Ronin and myself, along with Reaper, Rookie, Rebel, Diesel, Mad Dog, and Chopper. I'll get them on here shortly to give brief bios.
